Harrogate Hospital & Community Charity and the Great Start in Life Foundation are inviting runners to join our Stepping Up Community through our Great North Run charity places. By taking part, you will raise vital funds that support children, young people and families across the HDFT footprint, helping them achieve a Great Start in Life.
Following the fantastic success of our 14 runners in the 2026 event, we are now collecting expressions of interest for the Great North Run 2027. Whether you are an experienced runner or taking on your first half marathon, this is an opportunity to challenge yourself while making a real difference.
