In the (very) early hours of 27th September, I will be hiking one of the Lake District’s most iconic mountains in the night to view the sunrise from the summit – Helvellyn.
Keen to take on new challenges, and inspired to do a sunrise walk after seeing my son’s amazing photos from his South East Asia travels, I have signed up.
With my impressive ability to get lost, having a mountain leader is an added bonus!!
