Make Christmas extra magical with a personalised letter from Father Christmas!
The hardworking elves at Harrogate Hospital & Community Charity (HHCC) are busy preparing special letters from the North Pole, personalised for your loved one and filled with festive cheer.
How it works
To request a letter, simply complete the donation form at the bottom of this page. Once your donation has been processed, your browser will automatically redirect you to a Microsoft Form where you can share your loved one’s details and include any personal touches you’d like mentioned.
Please note, each donation equates to one letter for one recipient.
Once submitted, our busy HHCC elves will craft a unique letter full of Christmas magic!
Want to write to Father Christmas?
If your loved one would like to send their own letter to Father Christmas, they can post it directly to HHCC (address below) or drop it into the Festive Post Box at the Harrogate District Hospital Children’s Outpatients Department (Floor 2, Wing F) from Thursday 1 October 2025.
Don’t worry if they don’t send a letter, completing the booking form alone is enough to receive a personalised reply.
What’s included in each letter pack (postal or electronic):
- A personalised letter from Father Christmas
- An official North Pole Certificate
- A festive Christmas nice list checklist
Cost & Cause:
Each postal letter costs just £3.00 and every electronic letter costs £1.00. Every penny raised will go towards our Great Start in Life Foundation, an arm of Harrogate Hospital & Community Charity that helps children, young people and their families throughout our vast footprint have a Great Start in Life, by enhancing Health Visitor and School Nursing Services.
Important date:
The final day to submit booking forms is Sunday 6 December 2026.
