Returning for its second year, we are inviting supporters of AAC to come together for a month of movement, motivation, and fundraising. This August, join AAC’s Summer Sweat 2026 and take on an adventurous virtual walk along the West Scotland Trail while supporting people living with and beyond cancer.

Beginning in Oban, participants will virtually travel through some of West Scotland’s most spectacular landscapes, passing through Glen Coe, Loch Ness, and Inverness before continuing north to John o’ Groats. The route then follows the dramatic West Scotland through Ullapool and the Isle of Skye with a final destination of Corpach. With 17 milestones across 948km (589 miles), participants will experience a virtual journey through some of the country’s most breath taking scenery while working towards their fundraising goal.
Registration costs £20 per person, with a reduced rate of £10 for AAC service users.
By taking part, every pound you raise will help support AAC, a specialist service within Harrogate and District NHS Foundation Trust. For more than seven years, the service has provided expert exercise and wellbeing support to people affected by cancer, helping individuals improve their physical and emotional wellbeing during and after treatment.
This August, join with your friends, family, colleagues in teams of 8 or as an individual and be matched with a team. Every step taken and every penny raised will help support people at AAC.
