CLUBMARK

Haywards Heath Cricket Club holds the ECB/Sport England Club Mark accreditation.

This scheme is a national programme that recognises good practise in a number of areas such as Child Welfare. A club that has been awarded ClubMark has high standards of child protection and safety, quality coaching, equal opportunities and good management.

This sends a positive message to the local community, schools, community groups, local authorities and other local funding agencies about the quality and safety of the Club's junior section.

Rachel Smith is the Child Safeguarding Officer (email: rachelpsmith@hotmail.co.uk) and is the first point of contact for anyone at Club level who has a concern about Child Welfare and Protection.

Rachel can be contacted at any time to discuss welfare issues, using the 'contact us' section of the website.
